Forms and job roles

Beyond pre production documents such as story boards there are also other forms and documents that you are required to fill in. 

1. Call sheet/daily planner, so all the team when and where they’re meant to be and what they need to bring.



2. Consent and release form- models, actors, location release, content release. Permission to film in a documentary in a certain location or consent for a actors service.
