Proposals/treatment/project outlines- Proposed content, Justification for content, purpose

Production schedule- Personel on the task, the days tasks are going to be done, contingency plans

SWOT analysis- Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats

Asset log- Source of asset, reason why you are using it, things you need to make a project

Call sheet- Location, dates

Risk assessment (recces)- Potential hazards, risk level 

Storyboard- Scene number, camera shots, sketch of the shot, short description of the scene, how long the scene will be on screen

Script- Dialogue, characters, performance and intonation, synopsis, diegetic and non diegetic sound, editing techniques

Shooting script- Scene numbers, actions, scene numbers, props, when we need to film

Concept art- Designs of characters, illustrations, locations, texture, movement, character shape

Visualisation diagram- Annotations, house style, logos, position of the images, titles, layout of elements

Flat plan/wireframe- Image placeholder, logo, text box, annotations, navigation, header, footer, copyright

Prototype- potential designs, annotations, basic functioning product

Page mock-up- images are going to go along with the title, text and captions, annotations, specifically for newspaper and magazine 

Set design- Position of props, where the presenter is going to stand

Form (i.e consent, release)- names, address, contact information, signature and date

Site structure diagram- Shows the hierarchy of page navigation
