To get audience feedback, Stephen could hold a focus group with people aged 16-30 both male and female so he can ask them for their opinions and how they would improve it.
Also, Stephen could do a short questionaire asking people questions like 'Do you like the design of this product?' ' If no then please explain why?' This will give him the opinions of the audience so any necessary changes can be made. Plus it is easy to distribute. Easy to analyse.

Marcus could interview a specialist in app development and ask them what features a needed to make a high quality app. Another primary method would be content analysis of interactive apps. Finally, another primary research method is direct observation of existing apps.

One element of a visualisation diagram is the positioning of text and images as this will help Aurora find the best design and layout for the app and she can plan and source the assets needed. Also, a feature of visualisation diagram is the colour scheme or house style. This is needed so Aurora knows what colours the app will be and make sure it will appeal to the audience. Finally, a feature of a visualisation diagram is the annotations so Aurora can give justification to why she has chosen to use a certain colour, font, and layout in relation to the brief.

Marcus could design a prototype of the navigation system and avatar so he can see if and how it works and if it is suitable for the app. Also it allows a Marcus to make a changes and improvement so he can maximise the effectiveness of the feature.
