 Logistics means the detailed organising and implementation of a project or making of a product.

Thing included in logistics are: 

- researching information and analysing it

- the movement of equipment 

- gathering and creating assets

-organising or assigning the appropriate and correctly skilled staff for a job

- carrying out the planning and scheduling 

- creating the pre-production documents 

- communicating with a client
